Refund and Returns Policy

At Healthy Bites Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

You may return any unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. We must require a video of 30 seconds to 1 minute for the intact packaging and its conditions for us to return the item or goods.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. We always recommend taking a product video if you find damaged or defective or broken seal on the day of the arrival of the product at your doorstep or at hand.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Company may ask for alternative bank details for a refund on company’s official email address and have the right to verify the true identity of our customer / buyer / consumer. It is always recommended that the buyer / customer remain consistent in providing the same account details for smooth transactions.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your items. No questions asked if return, however, customer have to bear the shipping charges of the returned goods if not damaged or broken.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

Exceptions:

Some items, such as perishable goods, cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards are non-refundable.
